2) How can I find the products I’m looking for in your online store?

It's easy! You may search for any product using the magnifying glass icon on top right near the My Cart icon.

Just select the items you love, choose your preferred Saree, and add them to your shopping Cart. When you've finished shopping, follow the simple checkout process. In the first step, you'll be given the option to checkout as a guest, create an account, or sign in to your account if you've already registered.

3) Do the prices on the website include all applicable taxes?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website include GST. Please note that customs duties or any taxes and charges imposed according to local laws in your country are not included.

Kanchipuram sarees are known for their handwoven artistry from Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, featuring rich textures, vibrant colors, and intricate designs. Our sarees come with the Silk Mark certification, ensuring authenticity and high-quality silk.

6) What types of Zari are used in your sarees?

We offer sarees with three types of Zari:

Pure Zari: Crafted from 100% gold or silver, offering a truly luxurious and premium finish, making it the most expensive option.
Half Fine Zari: A sophisticated blend of silk yarn and copper wire, electroplated with silver and gold. This option balances elegance and affordability.
2gm Zari: Made with pure gold or gold-plated silver wire, using 2 grams of gold per unit, offering a touch of opulence at a price point higher than Half Fine Zari.

7) What is the process once I have selected the Sarees that I wish to buy?

8) What are my options for a Sold Out Saree (Backorder)?

In the event of a Saree you liked being sold out, please get in touch with us at +919840060720 or +919840095720. We can check for a second unit of the same if available or assist you with similar options as per your preference, In some cases, we take backorder if that is an option.

9) How do I send The Weaves Art's Sarees as a gift?

Get in touch with us and we will be happy to Gift wrap your Saree, add a personalized card and send it to the gift recipient's address as a Surprise.

Orders & Payments

1) I just placed my order. When will it arrive?

We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours. How long it takes to arrive depends on where you are located and which shipping method you select. You can read more about our shipping options and rates in the shipping section.

2) I'm in a rush. Can I get my order sooner?

You bet. We offer a few expedited shipping options at an additional cost. You can check rates in the shipping section, or fire off an email. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

3) Can I amend or cancel my order?

All orders are final once we have processed them through the checkout. Unfortunately, no further changes can be made to your order once processed, including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.

Please ensure all details on your order are correct before confirming your checkout. In particular, we recommend double-checking your email address, delivery address and the acceptance, and accuracy, of promotional codes.

4) What if I received my order and is faulty or incorrect?

5) Do you offer exchanges?

Currently, we cannot offer exchanges, so if you would like another design/color, you will need to place a new order via our online store. You can then send the unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund as per the Returns Policy.

6) What are the modes of payment available to me?

You may opt to pay using Credit card, Debit card, Net Banking & Direct deposit to our account. If you are facing any difficulty in completing your transaction, do reach out to us at +919840060720.

7) Why isn’t my payment method being accepted at checkout?

If you're having difficulty placing an online order due to a failed payment, this is because it can't be verified. It could be that you're using an incorrect password for your bank account, or the pop up to 3D Secure is being blocked by your computer.

If you're unsure of your password, we suggest you contact your bank.

The issue may also be related to a blocked pop up which is interfering with the payment process. In this case, we recommend using an alternative browser e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer.

Shipping & Returns

1) What are your processing and delivery times?

We will ship your order the same, or next, business day. During sale events and a new collection launch, there may be a slightly longer duration.

All THE WEAVES ART orders are hand-picked and packed with love from shipping agents. As we classify our location as regional, we cannot offer overnight delivery. However, we pride ourselves on offering standard & express service on all online orders.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number.

Within India: Delivery is between 2-3 business days within metropolitan cities, or 3-7 business days elsewhere within India and is fully traceable once shipped.

Outside India: Delivery is between 5-7 business days and is fully traceable once shipped.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver any orders to PO Boxes.

2) Do you send orders express worldwide?

Yes! Domestic orders are all sent by ST Courier, Professional or Delhivery service as a reputable shipping agency. For international orders, we offer delivery by DHL express courier service as a reputable shipping agency.

3) How much will shipping cost?

We take satisfaction in providing our customers with fast and reliable shipping and thus offer standard & express as our standard preferred method with our reputable delivery services.

Within India: Standard Free shipping on all orders within India.

Express Shipping by Air is a flat rate of INR.750 - 1500 depends on the City. (*Indicative Cost. Subject to revise).

International: DHL express is approximately INR. 3,500 Per Kg (*Indicative Cost. Subject to revise) worldwide depending on receiving country selected at checkout.

4) Do I need to pay Customs/ Import Duties and Taxes?

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. The Weaves Art will include a commercial invoice declaring the full INR value paid on international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from The Weaves Art, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.

5) Do you offer returns?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our Sarees, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. (Please read the Legal Returns policy, Terms & Conditions before checking out with your order).
