Celestial and enchanting, Sphurita, our Handloom Kanchipuram Pure Silk Saree in a dual shade of Rubine Red and Crimson (a luminous palette colloquially cherished as Rani Pink),  is a radiant symphony of rose-red warmth and scarlet-kissed fire, glowing like the sky where dawn melts into dusk. Woven from pure mulberry silk and pure zari, this masterpiece dazzles with a dynamic dual-tone brilliance that shifts with every movement, making it perfect for grand occasions where you wish to scintillate with regal splendour.

The Enchanting Udal (Saree Body):
The body shimmers with exquisite pure zari "muthu kattam checks (a fine, gleaming lattice often fondly referred to as "oosi kattam")" for its delicate, needle-like precision, woven over the vibrant Rubine Red–Crimson canvas. Scattered across this glow are "zari Kamalam buttas", arranged in a graceful half-repeat pattern that sparkle like celestial stars blossoming on a twilight-red sky.

The Majestic Karai (Saree Borders):
The 4-inch "Ekam Zari borders (self-colored borders woven seamlessly with the body)", on both edges are scintillating with rich pure zari motifs. The first band is woven with horizontally aligned "Anna Pakshi motifs", "Gaja Yazhi motifs", and "elephant motifs" placed in alternates, divided gracefully with "floral paisley vines". Beneath it flows the second band, adorned with "Benaras motifs (diagonal lines)", followed by a delicate third pettu of horizontally aligned "paisleys". All three bands are separated with "muthu seer lines". The upper edge is flanked with "leaf anklets", while the bottom "green–pink selvedge" uplifts the contrast with a striking finish.

The Resplendent Mundhani / Thalaippu (Saree Pallu):
The pallu is exquisitely unique, crafted entirely with supplementary zari motifs that shimmer like molten gold. It unfolds in recurring bands of "Saavi pettu (Greek keys)", "Vaira pettu (diamond motifs)", and "Muthu seer pettu", each meticulously woven to create a harmonious rhythm. The divided central field gleams with "Neli buttas (graceful wavy lines edged with delicate dots)", adding a fluid, luminous grace. Every band is distinguished with "muthu seer lines", and the entire composition is finally flaked by enchanting "leaf anklets", making the composition truly alluring and distinct.

The Elegant Blouse:
Comes with a dual shade Rubine Red–Crimson plain blouse, completed with the pure zari border as in the saree.

COTTON CARE

• It is advisable to only dry-clean our Sarees. Use mild detergent to hand wash Cotton Sarees.

WASH, DRY & IRON PURE SILK THE RIGHT WAY

• For first three washes, dry cleaning is advisable for silk fabrics.
• If ever silk is washed in water, ensure it is washed in soft lukewarm water using a good neutral soap only.
• Squeeze lightly by hand to remove water after washing.
• Always dry the silk in shade only on a flat surface instead of hanging.
• Use low to medium heat while ironing.
• Always iron silk on the reverse side.
• Never spray water to dampen silk before ironing as it may cause water spots on the fabric.
• Do not wash the stains with water, instead give it for dry cleaning.

STORE PURE SILKS THE RIGHT WAY

• Store your Silk in a clean and dry environment using Cotton bags; avoid plastic covers.
• Avoid direct contact with wood.
• Protect silk from insects, dust, excessive moisture and light.
• Periodically (every 3-6 months) expose silks to fresh air and store after reversing the folds.
• Wrap Silk Sarees in cotton cloth or brown paper to avoid blackening of zari.
• Instead of Naphthalene balls, keep silica gel sachets in storage racks.
