A Heavenly Alliance - Do you love the idea of Draping a Story? Add instant style to your festive season wardrobe with our Ghicha Silk Madhubani art Saree in Alabaster color with neutral beige undertones. The Saree has a contrast black Pallu adorned with an array of horizontal bands and comes with a Plain Black color blouse. The saree will, undeniably, be the talking point wherever you wear it! Don't forget to add a piece of perfect statement jewelry for that final touch.

The Saree is enriched with the recurring sequence of a theme - Princess gets married in multi-color and festooned with magnificent flora and fauna. The artist’s creative imagination ingeniously holds the story together.

Our Interpretation - Princess performing Anointing (Abhishekam) to the Shiva lingam, two Princes are ready on the battlefield with valor and to prove their prowess, _________, _______, bride’s father fulfills his pledge to give Groom’s hand to the Prince, who has won the Malla-Yuddha (Persian Pehelvani, Kushti or Dangal), and the bride then leaves for the groom’s home by a decorated boat.

Saree comes with a black color blouse.

• It is advisable to only dry-clean our Sarees. Use mild detergent to hand wash Cotton Sarees.

• For first three washes, dry cleaning is advisable for silk fabrics.
• If ever silk is washed in water, ensure it is washed in soft lukewarm water using a good neutral soap only.
• Squeeze lightly by hand to remove water after washing.
• Always dry the silk in shade only on a flat surface instead of hanging.
• Use low to medium heat while ironing.
• Always iron silk on the reverse side.
• Never spray water to dampen silk before ironing as it may cause water spots on the fabric.
• Do not wash the stains with water, instead give it for dry cleaning.

• Store your Silk in a clean and dry environment using Cotton bags; avoid plastic covers.
• Avoid direct contact with wood.
• Protect silk from insects, dust, excessive moisture and light.
• Periodically (every 3-6 months) expose silks to fresh air and store after reversing the folds.
• Wrap Silk Sarees in cotton cloth or brown paper to avoid blackening of zari.
• Instead of Naphthalene balls, keep silica gel sachets in storage racks.
