Elegant and captivating, Ridhi, our handloom Kanchipuram Pure Silk Saree in a divine canvas of grape purple, is a symbol of auspicious elegance and timeless grandeur. Woven meticulously from Pure Mulberry Silk and Pure Gold Zari, this resplendent drape embodies the confluence of divine grace and artistic mastery. A true heirloom treasure, Ridhi is the perfect choice for weddings, festive occasions, and every sacred celebration of life.

The Enchanting Udal (Saree Body):
The The body unfolds as a serene canvas of grape purple, adorned with exquisite “Kamalam motifs” woven in pure gold zari and arranged in an elegant half-repeat pattern. The subtle interplay of shimmer and stillness exudes poised sophistication, enveloping the saree in an aura of calm divinity.

The Majestic Karai (Saree Borders):
Rich "3.5-inch magenta Ner Korvai borders" on either side elevate the saree’s grandeur. A resplendent band of “Marching Elephant (Yanai)” and “small peacock motifs sitting under trees” unfolds in graceful sequence, symbolizing prosperity and beauty. This is framed by "Kuyil Kann (diamond)" and "Saavi Pettu (Greek key) motifs", structured with "Muthu Seer lines' and crowned by "leaf-anklet patterns", while a "vibrant persian red selvedge" adds a striking contrast.

The Resplendent Mundhani / Thalaippu (Saree Pallu):
The contrasting magenta pallu glows like molten gold, resplendent with intricate detailing. A "Varisai Pettu (vertical sequence)" layout features "Peacock (mayil) and twin-Paisley motifs nestled within Cordate (heart-shaped) leaves", followed by "two-directional Rudraksha motifs", and a grand band of "Annapakshi motifs divided by button butta pillars". The divided field gleams with "diamond buttas", while all bands and sections are neatly separated by strips of "Pirai Madam buttas" and "button buttas" enclosed in "Kayaru butta lines". The composition is elegantly framed with "leaf-anklets", radiating timeless grace.

The Elegant Blouse:
Comes with a magenta pink blouse, complemented by the gold zari border matching that of the saree, offering a harmonious and regal ensemble.

COTTON CARE

• It is advisable to only dry-clean our Sarees. Use mild detergent to hand wash Cotton Sarees.

WASH, DRY & IRON PURE SILK THE RIGHT WAY

• For first three washes, dry cleaning is advisable for silk fabrics.
• If ever silk is washed in water, ensure it is washed in soft lukewarm water using a good neutral soap only.
• Squeeze lightly by hand to remove water after washing.
• Always dry the silk in shade only on a flat surface instead of hanging.
• Use low to medium heat while ironing.
• Always iron silk on the reverse side.
• Never spray water to dampen silk before ironing as it may cause water spots on the fabric.
• Do not wash the stains with water, instead give it for dry cleaning.

STORE PURE SILKS THE RIGHT WAY

• Store your Silk in a clean and dry environment using Cotton bags; avoid plastic covers.
• Avoid direct contact with wood.
• Protect silk from insects, dust, excessive moisture and light.
• Periodically (every 3-6 months) expose silks to fresh air and store after reversing the folds.
• Wrap Silk Sarees in cotton cloth or brown paper to avoid blackening of zari.
• Instead of Naphthalene balls, keep silica gel sachets in storage racks.
