Pranavi - Handloom Kanchipuram Bridal Pure Silk Saree (Authentic Pure Zari & Silk Mark Certified)
Radiate timeless elegance with Pranavi, our handloom Kanchipuram bridal pure silk saree in a serene cream hue paired with a striking pink-garnet contrast that exudes luxurious brilliance. The pairing is rare, vibrant, and irresistibly rich. Woven in pure mulberry silk and pure zari, this saree is crafted for unforgettable wedding moments - where grace and grandeur meet effortlessly, and where every zari thread and every motif celebrates the celestial beauty of a bride’s cherished day.
The Enchanting Udal (Saree Body): The body of the saree carries an aura of pure, regal serenity. Set against cream silk, "pure-zari kamalam buttas nestled within pure-zari checks" sparkle like constellations awakening at dusk. Their glow is gentle yet impossibly alluring, capturing the purity, poise, and inner radiance of a bride. With each movement, the motifs catch the light and release it softly, creating a drape that feels like a celestial embrace.
The Majestic Karai (Saree Borders): Both ends of the saree feature the majestic "7.5-inch Ner Korvai Retta pett border" in rich purplish-red, adorned with pure zari. The border carries two horizontally aligned bands of "kamalam buttas enclosed in chevron strips, each encased in intricate kayaru lines and festooned with dainty arai podigi (small triangles)". A "mustard yellow silk band at the top" and a "green selvedge at the bottom" add a regal interplay of color and shimmer, enriching the border’s splendour.
The Resplendent Mundhani / Thalaippu (Saree Pallu): The purplish-red pallu flows like molten gold, revealing a tapestry of exquisite pure-zari workmanship. Its "smaller bands feature alternating peacock and gaja yazhi motifs intertwined with paisley–floral vines", while the "medium bands showcase grand peacock motifs set between pillars adorned with coin buttas and enriched with kamalam motifs". At the centre, a refined "square lattice of Pavanu motifs, each corner touched with a kamalam butta", creates a pattern both intricate and ethereal. "Rettai neli strips encased in kayaru lines" define each band with clarity, while "paisley-leaf anklets" and "slender zari lines" frame the pallu with a soft, divine shimmer, weaving auspicious symbols that bless the bride with beauty, strength, purity, and prosperity.
The Elegant Blouse: The saree comes with an unstitched pure silk blouse in purplish-red, finished with a "retta pettu border" that echoes the saree’s richness and completes the bridal look with a graceful contrast.

COTTON CARE
• It is advisable to only dry-clean our Sarees. Use mild detergent to hand wash Cotton Sarees.
WASH, DRY & IRON PURE SILK THE RIGHT WAY
• For first three washes, dry cleaning is advisable for silk fabrics.
• If ever silk is washed in water, ensure it is washed in soft lukewarm water using a good neutral soap only.
• Squeeze lightly by hand to remove water after washing.
• Always dry the silk in shade only on a flat surface instead of hanging.
• Use low to medium heat while ironing.
• Always iron silk on the reverse side.
• Never spray water to dampen silk before ironing as it may cause water spots on the fabric.
• Do not wash the stains with water, instead give it for dry cleaning.
STORE PURE SILKS THE RIGHT WAY
• Store your Silk in a clean and dry environment using Cotton bags; avoid plastic covers.
• Avoid direct contact with wood.
• Protect silk from insects, dust, excessive moisture and light.
• Periodically (every 3-6 months) expose silks to fresh air and store after reversing the folds.
• Wrap Silk Sarees in cotton cloth or brown paper to avoid blackening of zari.
• Instead of Naphthalene balls, keep silica gel sachets in storage racks.
