A symphony of heritage and sophistication, Tarunika, our handloom Dual - Tone Kanchi silk cotton saree where vibrant hues blend seamlessly with a vintage essence. Draped in a luminous fusion of Bark Red (a medium-deep shade of crimson) and Soldier Green (a warm yellow-green), this saree radiates with a soft, iridescent glow like dusk brushing the horizon of a dream. Handwoven from the finest mulberry silk and premium cotton, Tarunika offers a whisper-light texture with a graceful flow that moves like verse in motion. Embellished with opulent metallic gold zari, Tarunika is a timeless treasure crafted for celebratory evenings and starlit gatherings where moments turn into lasting memories.
Saree Body: The body of the saree unfurls like a celestial scroll, a canvas of glowing horizontal zari lines that shimmer with symmetry. "Undulating wavy motifs" ripple across the weave, dancing beside ornate "chevrons and diamond patterns" each woven in radiant gold, glowing brilliantly against bark red and soldier green base. Each motif catches the light in a hypnotic rhythm, transforming the saree into a vibrant interplay of tradition, light, and finesse.
Saree Borders: Encased in vivid 3-inch green contrast borders, Tarunika embodies a mythical charm. Majestic "Twin Gajayazhi motifs," guardians of ancient lore, stride beside delicate half-circle festoons. These are embraced by intricate “coin butta bands,” bordered with fine “kayaru butta lines,” and adorned with “Paneer Sombu motifs” lending a delicate anklet-like charm. The forest green selvedge adds a final note of celestial grace..
Saree Pallu: The heart of Tarunika pulses vividly in its pallu - a luxurious panel woven entirely in radiant metallic gold zari. It reveals itself in grand sections, each narrating its own ornate story. One segment blossoms with delicate "floral-leaf tendrils", gracefully entwined within "kayaru butta lines", bordered by the tender charm of "Thuthiripoo motifs", and anchored by the rhythmic "Veldhari lines".
Another section gleams with a majestic procession of "Annapakshi motifs, nestled within elaborate scalloped cinquefoil frames", interspersed with "diamond motifs", "kamalam buttas", and refined "chevron patterns" beneath stately "oriental arch pillars.” his luxurious tableau is framed by rich "Rudraksham" and "kayaru butta" borders. A "diagonal weave (Benaras lines)" adds depth and motion to the field, enhanced further with "temple tower motifs". Completing this opulent vision are the bold "Gajayazhi bands", mirroring the strength and majesty of the borders.
Saree Blouse: Accompanied by an unstitched silk-cotton blouse in matching tones of Bark Red and Soldier Green, accented with glimmering metallic gold zari borders that echo the saree’s regal framing.

COTTON CARE
• It is advisable to only dry-clean our Sarees. Use mild detergent to hand wash Cotton Sarees.
WASH, DRY & IRON PURE SILK THE RIGHT WAY
• For first three washes, dry cleaning is advisable for silk fabrics.
• If ever silk is washed in water, ensure it is washed in soft lukewarm water using a good neutral soap only.
• Squeeze lightly by hand to remove water after washing.
• Always dry the silk in shade only on a flat surface instead of hanging.
• Use low to medium heat while ironing.
• Always iron silk on the reverse side.
• Never spray water to dampen silk before ironing as it may cause water spots on the fabric.
• Do not wash the stains with water, instead give it for dry cleaning.
STORE PURE SILKS THE RIGHT WAY
• Store your Silk in a clean and dry environment using Cotton bags; avoid plastic covers.
• Avoid direct contact with wood.
• Protect silk from insects, dust, excessive moisture and light.
• Periodically (every 3-6 months) expose silks to fresh air and store after reversing the folds.
• Wrap Silk Sarees in cotton cloth or brown paper to avoid blackening of zari.
